I feel reminded of the BlackRock paper „Bitcoin - A unique Diversifier.“ In it it states among other things bitcoin‘s reaction to geopolitical tensions. It shows that while the asset may lose value immediately after a new crisis, 60 days later it has usually not only recovered but outperformed gold or the S&P.
