For me, Higher is a community that empowers individuals to realise the wholeness of their potential. This vision of Higher is something I am happy to dedicate time and energy to realising. So today, alongside @clfx.eth, @chamaquito.eth, and @kompreni, I am happy to announce the launch of higher.zip (HZ), a new funding vehicle for the Higher Network. π§ππ π©ππ¦ππ’π‘ A permanently locked HIGHER/ETH liquidity pool generates fees, and HZ uses those fees to reward activity and fund building for Higher. We call this permanently locked liquidity pool; the 'Permapool'. HZ curates activities rewarded and building supported using fees, with the aim of increasing the Permapool size and supporting the network. The larger the Permapool gets, the greater it's capacity to generate fees for rewarding activity and funding builders. The greater the strength of the overall network, the greater the power of Higher to change lives. πππ‘ ππππππ₯ π₯πππππ¬ ππππ‘ππ πππ©ππ¦? It has changed mine and I believe it has changed others too. Personally, I believe the optimism is worth it, and Higher's ability to empower people to embody that optimism and apply it to their own lives is a unique strength worth supporting. That is my opinion, and you're allowed to have yours too. πππ’π¨π§ ππ HZ has a structure inspired by Protocol Guild, meaning we can add and remove members, as well as increase and decrease their funding. Tokens sent to the address, 0x1D00CaB0CbE32b6c3c6c5c7a08F2f45eD22089DB, are automatically converted to HIGHER/ETH liquidity. 10% of what is sent is forwarded to HZ members that are designated the responsibility of distributing $HIGHER fees. $ETH fees are used to fund HZ builders to do public work that supports the wider Higher Network. HZ is designed to evolve, and perhaps one-day there'll be an entirely new set of individuals who are receiving and distributing fees. We also expect other Higher nodes to form and evolve, supporting and developing activity in ways that are separate from HZ, which we will aim to support where possible. ππ’πͺ ππ ππ¦ πππ§π§ππ‘π π¦π§ππ₯π§ππ The beginning for HZ is to grow the Permapool, but simultaneously, we are building out the infrastructure for a 24/7 stream that will act as our networks collective-living-internet-hosted TV-Channel. Expect to see your own creations, alongside ours, alongside live shows (featuring you?), and whatever else this wildly creative Network can come up with. We're envisioning an endless medley of Higher for anyone to tune into with crypto-integrated live chat features and more. Maybe you think it's ambitious, but we're aiming to build what's fun. If there was a untradable NFT membership card that you could mint via a stake of $HIGHER; and returning the membership card returned your $HIGHER minus a fee that decays over time (distributed to other card holders proportionally based on stake size). 1. What would be the minimum stake to get a membership card? 2. How would you imagine we could use such a card?
