What is the best AI product for sourcing candidates for hiring via LinkedIn? I want to do smart filtering beyond the LinkedIn search features, e.g., >5 years out of college but <10 years of experience, etc. I have tried OpenAI Operator, but it seems like it's not capable of summarizing content from long browsing sessions yet, e.g., it stops browsing after a few candidates, makes up fake lists if request to make a long list, etc.

What is the best AI product for making a list with internet access, e.g., making a list of potential customers/companies? I have tried Google Sheet with Gemini but it does not have internet access and the results are not comprehensive.

Copilot is great but I think the media overstates how much productivity gain it's giving software engineers. Let's just say it's true that it's writing ~50% of the code but it's not the same as only need half the size of engineering team - most of our time is spent on not writing code.
