There is a saying that nothing is free even in Freetown.
The hypothesis that AIs can be likened to humans under control by the rulers of the world is not invalid. First, look at the owners of all the most improved AIs, they are either owned by individuals or corporations supported by these individuals that control the social systems, economies or nations. One started as a non-profit and later switched into a profit-making organization when upgrades were released.
