One lesson learned - Diversification can kill you Startups have limited resources—financial, human, and time. You need to allocate them well, and that requires focus. It's tempting to split your attention: adding more features, launching multiple projects, targeting more customer groups. But the truth is, while this might feel safer, it usually just makes you less competitive.

This is a great post. The pressure to incorporate new features to build better products is huge, and often, it distracts from the core product that actually solves the real problem. Would be curious how you all think about when to use or add new tools/tech.

This episode was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Enjoyed every single part of it. Ethereum development is just exciting, and it's incredible how good job the Ethereum community does at solving all the thorny problems in such elegant ways by coordinating hundreds of giga brains across the world. Bullish!

To pick two I appreciated the most: Constantly reevaluate your theses - I'm a big fan of reevaluating opinions and the freedom to change them Think in probabilities - love exploring perspectives, and this is one I should focus more on
