Throughout my life, I’ve been to all kinds of gyms — fancy boutique fitness clubs with rows of machines you have to wait in line to use, small studios with group classes and dumbbells no heavier than 5 kg. But now I’ve found what works for me: a gym right next to my house. Sure, it’s not as shiny or glamorous as a fitness center, but it’s the kind of place where you find down-to-earth trainers and a great community that always supports you and celebrates your progress. Alright, enough chatting — I’m off to do my bench press set. Wish me luck, hope I survive! 😅
