"If eating one slice of pizza ruins your gains, maybe the gains weren’t that serious to begin with." Balance > punishment What’s your favorite 'cheat meal' — and do you even believe in that term?

If not a bacon cheesburger from five guys with fries and a chocolate milkshake, it’s got to be the same order from Wendy’s or McDonalds: * 2 junior/regular cheeseburgers * medium fries * 10pc chicken nuggets * lemonade Sticking to 1 cheat meal per week got me to lose over 10lbs this year!

Like someone said down here, I dont call it cheat meal. I try to have a balance where I live happy, also I train very hard. Btw, my cheat is chocolate in any of its forms 😅🤣

I'm not calling it a cheat. Like you said - it's a balance, it's a normal life. Yes, it takes time and dedication to get your body to the level where one or two or even five slices of pizza doesn't ruin your gains, but once there, any pizza or beer or chocolate or anything can't ruin it like that. In some cases it even more activates the metabolism. Talking about favourites.... Chocolate! 😅

The key to dieting is to have what you like but make sure it isn't fried or oily that's it. If you like chicken then have it grilled instead of fried or oily. That way you'll be able to stick to your diet. If you force yourself to eat stuff you don't like then more likely you'll break it easily.

I think it is enough to understand the culture of nutrition, understand why a person eats and learn to listen to your body. Beauty, sports and health are, in fact, little connected.
