How to Spot Lies in a Candidate's CV?🙄📃
Candidates may sometimes exaggerate or "embellish" their resumes, but how can you tell if they're lying?👀
- If the CV contains many abstract phrases without clear results, this could be a sign of fabrication. Ask the candidate to clarify what exactly they did.☝
