To consciously achieve anything today or any other day you must first have the intent. You need to be perfectly clear on what it is you want for this challenge, for this day, and for your life. But intent is not just a goal. It`s far more than that. Intent is your purpose. It determines the state of mind with which you act. It`s how you approach the tasks and challenges that will get you to your goals. If you have a strong intent, even the biggest problems will only be another obstacle to overcome along the way to get to your goals.
