Paying an employee using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is simple, fast, and reliable.
But why haven't many companies pivoted to using Bitcoin for payments? The answer is, most employees would want their salary to be confidential, a feature that most blockchains don't offer currently.
That's why @zama_fhe is building something different. Something that offers confidentiality for Web3 users.
Zama FHE would enable employees to receive salary on-chain without risking their privacy.
With this, I believe many companies, big or small, will start to adopt web3 for their daily financial transactions.
