The Stable white paper is out!
1. Non-Gas Token: STABLE tokens are not used for user transaction gas fees. All user transaction fees are paid in USDT.
2. Role: STABLE is the governance and coordination token (ERC-20 token) of StableChain, primarily used to provide network security and governance functions.
3. Supply: The total supply of STABLE tokens is fixed at 100 billion.
