US Undeveloped Land Market (1995 and 2023)
I was curious how the market changed in the past ~30 years. interesting things:
• rural land experienced the most growth in value
• $ gap between suburban/exurban land has grown
• $ gap between income/cost has grown
• deals are closing in roughly half the time
