I have one great idea this morning😍
Earlier today I saw my mom and her sister (already seniors,65+ age) doing some walk from their house to their another sister which is almost 6kms aways…for them this is already a looong walk…
So my idea is to encourage them to do this more frequently, and what came to mind was to reward their steps just like @livmore
They do not own any step tracking device aside from their phone so I ordered a few things online, a step teacking watch, a running pack, a soft water bottle, a sun visor and dry fit shirts with custom print…
Now Im just figuring out how much each step should be worth.
Hopefully this works out, as I am planning to extend this to my father also and my aunts husband
