I think this tool is underused, it seems that some have taken it to say things that they can easily say openly from their profile and assume a position, Instead of pointing out situations that are wrong and that could be reported but are not reported for fear of reprisals, it is not uncommon for an uncomfortable comment to end up being silenced by many.
