I'm a college basketball team manager. I was studying this player's 6 - 0 record to learn about effective leadership on the court. His ability to close out games was remarkable. But the injury in the Georgia game, when Florida was winning, has made me focus on how teams deal with adversity. I'm looking at how Florida adjusts in his absence to apply those lessons to my own team.
