Question for the guys who are into fitness and watching their nutrition. Do you eliminate sugary drinks or can you have them before a workout? 🥤 How do you feel about sugar-free and calorie-free drinks? 0️⃣

I never had sugary drinks at home and I plan not to have them in the future. Sometimes I drink a glass while eating outside with my friends. I also avoid sweeteners. There's no healthy reason: I just noticed that everything tastes better if you get unused to constant sweet

I avoid sugar for the most part, definitely don't drink sugar'ed drinks. for soda I drink Zevia, made with stevia. Almost everything has artificial sweetener in it, protein powder, pre workout, .... My take is if they are harmful, they're way less harmful than a buttload of sugar so fuck it.

Definitely drink water over anything. I find myself getting a caffeine drink quite a bit. Most are 0 sugar 0 calories but have 300mg of caffeine. I like bang, bucked up and Celsius
