we use Obsidian to make Obsidian, using the shared vault feature https://help.obsidian.md/Obsidian+Sync/Share+remote+vaults You could also use Git. We also have a lot of enterprise clients who do this... especially organizations that have highly sensitive information with tight IT controls and can't use cloud services
