Looks to be over-proofed and undercooked. Does it look great out of the oven and then contract as it cools? Aside from using a sourdough starter (which produces more consistent outcomes, in my experience), try one where you err on the side of under-proofing and then adjust from there based on results. I'd also try cooking it a bit longer than you normally would. Could also try the stretch and fold technique if the dough is fairly wet. Good luck!

Sweatcoin has done pretty well in the move-to-earn category. 192 million users, or so its website says. Can also add bridged carbon credits to the list. I'm genuinely surprised fractional NFTs didn't take off, but I guess the launch coincided with the bear market.

Hahaha. Not exactly a positive male role model. The character itself was really well done. Acting was also superb. Hard to like such a reprehensible person, however. He had enough shots at redemption.

The fan mail seemed to almost condone what he did. Like, "Hey, you can murder, but there will always be people who are wildly attracted to that." I honestly thought the last scene was going to reveal him dead in his cell, but leave the question of suicide or murder open to interpretation. Interesting about Nollywood. As a fiction writer, the temptation to dictate takeaways is strong. 😂

Haha ya. Were you happy with how it ended? I wonder how many endings the writers considered. Like, surely a fiery death was on the table at some point. Rotting in prison but still getting love mail (or whatever you call it) was an odd choice.

Finished up You S5. For me, this series peaked at S3. S4 was good, but you could tell they were reaching. For S5, they had to rely on multiple plot twists per episode instead of originality. If I had to put my finger on it, I'd say the main reason this show didn't need to go on so long is because Joe doesn't change. You don't need 5 seasons of Joe doing the same thing again and again.
