Big x402 and Big Agentic Blockchain don't want you to be know this but you don't need special tech to teach agents how to use crypto you can just give them a normal Ethereum wallet and some ETH it's literally digital money made for computers

this image is a good encapsulation of how crypto has painted itself into the speculative corner people exchanging money for tangible goods and services is what makes an "economy" gambling/trading/investing on that activity is part of it, sure, but it's derivative is this really all we're good for? a faster way to speculate on existing economic activity? imo it's vastly more interesting to figure out how programmable money unlocks net-new types of economic production
