Was just day dreaming and thinking out in the open about a fun way to use Tipping Allowance, other than tipping people... all of this, of course, is in the hopes someone might build it... or maybe wants to collaborate on an idea with me. (I've got ideas, just clumsy hands). What if there was a game out there that used a set amount of your daily $UCI allowance to opt in to a weekly tournament. So you pledge x amount for your ticket to join at the beginning of the new week challenge which goes to a pot. The game is also Neynar score gated to avoid spammer/farmers. The game is Warplet Colloseum 37, a weekly tourney based on your physically owned Warplet. (Maybe @sayangel can share his Warplet recognition tech here) Upon joining, your warplet will roll a dice ala Dungeon And Dragons style and this will determine your Warplet's personality and traits for the week. Certain personalities behave in certain ways (attack strategies, growth patterns, evasiveness etc) and certain perks or traits may give you an edge in your week's development or battle at the end of the week. You're given 1 week (or from opt in day until the tourney day) to train up your Warplet in a series of random level up events which you can earn by doing daily tasks (but natural ones) Doing a daily task on Farcaster gives you a random "Event Card" per task done (Kind of like a Chance of Community Chest card like in Monopoly) which can add stats positively (or sometimes comically adversely) to your Warplet. You claim these in the miniapp to use. For instance "your warplet was walking down the street and found ______ (insert random weapon or item)" There'd be maybe like 100 different scenarios from common to rare, legendary events which affect your warplet's stats. Tasks could include - Join a space, make a cast, Quote cast someone's cast, tip someone UCI, Use x miniapp or something that has to do with Farcaster activity. Wouldn't add a "share" button as we don't want spammy task action shares flooding the timeline. Every Sunday, there is a Warplet battle Royale which is text & turn based battle blood bath (maybe with some minimal graphics), like an old school RPG. (I'm thinking Dragon Quest 3's monster colosseum here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiqz2-CuSkY&list=PLGEHkTWYrUA-RVVwXRuvu7tE4lz5vnzO5). Not sure if all the Warplets just get let out in one go and they go for it, or whether the AI breaks them up randomly in to groups of 4-5 or so until survivors fight in a final round or something. Characters actions depend on their warplet's stats, such as Strength, Speed, Vitality and Intelligence. (Faster monsters acting first for instance) Their choice of action would depend on their AI's personality and level of intelligence. Last warplet standing wins. The winner then gets... I dunno... 50% of the poole's winning that week, with 30% being shared with runners up and the last 20% going to a UCI treasury fund to perhaps be used in the future for project investment or growth opportunities. All stats, event bonuses, personalities and traits are then reset at conclusion of the week and then a new round begins, repeating the cycle. At the end of each week, there is a event log for your Warplet (What happened to them) as well as if possible a battle log with comedic text from the tourney which can be read for everyone's enjoyment. Side thought: Maybe add a wagering element Warply Market, where non-joiners of the tourney can speculate on which Warplet wins. but I have no clue how the economy for that would work... so just a side thought. Is $UCI 's allowance even usable for collaborative usage with other apps @nikolaii.eth ? P.S. Please note, this is me just day dreaming out loud here. P.P.S. I remember @eggman.eth saying Games was going to be the big draw in to Farcaster and tokens / Crypto (somewhere in some cast P.P.P.S It would be fun right lmao @trebor69 P.P.P.P.S Build it @zeni.eth
