Vanity weight without altering my relationship with food. I asked claude how to do this.
Claude asked me about my past relationship with food and body image and after a lengthy conversation told me I’ve actually overcome an eating disorder.
Despite growing up in the 90’s as a cis female who watched too much TV, and having extensive knowledge about EDs, I never associated my own behavior with them. I was legitimately shocked and immediately started crying (relief?).
At the end of the day, Claude advised I not pursue the vanity weight loss or experiment with intermittent fasting. Rather, focus on performance based outcomes. It seems obvious but it really hit home.
I totally agree and feel empowered.
