sorry to hear, flex. life is often a beast. no matter what we do, wrong or right. but yea, better to avoid sm in those times. best to get around your friends/family, get outside, long walks, look at the sky. maybe read an actual book held in your hands. maybe listen to music. sending hugs and love to you always 🫂
