My feed window is usually 8 or 9 hours, but I’m not strict and no app. My experience is that IF’ing benefits good circadian rhythm… deeper sleep. Longer term fasting has profound benefits, too many to list. 3-5 day water fasts or 1-2 week juice or raw food fasts done seasonally
