Got to talking to the couple next to me at dinner
They are hot air balloon operators and the wife competes
The competition involves trying to throw things — beanbags with a 4ft streamer attached — to try and hit a target
They can only maneuver up and down and have to read the wind to figure out how to manipulate the balloon to hit given coordinates
