In theory this is what’s happening — there’s a test group for the new flow 

Might even be a coincidence this bug came up? But I feel like I caught a stray from that work the timing is too perfect

i would only roll out changes like this to 20-30% of the user base then watch the logs / the feedback closely then either roll out to 100% or roll back

or like, test on a staging version of the app or something

but yeah no that's impossible they don't have enough money to do it

break fast, fix later when keccers complains
