This isn’t political to me because the state is not responsible for you. You are responsible for you.
Life is hard, and it is terribly unfair. The injustice is actually mind-bending. You can spend time ruminating on all the ways it is unfair to you, or you can … not. Find a solution. Find the good in what is.
And these entitlements are all around. I met a young man recently upset he could not afford to own a home. He was under 30 years old and wanted to live in a prime Metro! You are not entitled to owning a home in a high demand city for the price of a country home! You aren’t even entitled to home ownership at all.
