I think actual heroic longevity will be reserved for those who can afford it. People paid thousands to “test” his protocol and the version he served to them caused the vast majority to drop out of his program. He has accumulated enough resources to keep his cult going for as long as he likes, but his cult members in the end will die like everyone else. I’ve even somewhat soured on learning about medical innovation. We have a cure for sickle cell, yet due to cost only 1/10 of the afflicted have received it. Implicit in every bit of hopeful news is the subtext “but only if you can pay”. Which of course, 90% of us (<250k) cannot.
