tbh this is why it’s better for CEOs to be a little more neutral, measured, and risk averse in OPTICS. I now have an endless bank of examples of things I can say to weaponize against them in my frustration here. I used “becoming x influencer” “attitude towards hiring/DEI” and I still have more bullets in this chamber!
