I almost lost access to a new 1Password account yesterday by, uh, forgetting the one password. It wouldn't have been a disaster but would have been annoying and embarrassing.
Good reminder: write down your root passwords/seed phrases even when you are very familiar with the tools. And check on your physical backups.
