In this case though there is crazy negligence and negligence is usually in bed with intention. I don’t wanna be the arm chair expert but it’s hard to ignore the interviews of people who are saying they warned the SS of the shooter for 4 mins before he shot and the video of the sniper only firing after the shooter shot. That’s facts. But the media is reporting something differently and that isn’t the entire “truth”. That roof should have been covered and hopefully some comms leaks to actually prove it.
