A list of health habits I wanted to set this year, alongside my current reflections on these habits:
1. Eat whole foods (avoid fried foods, added/artificial sugar) ✅ Only doing this when I eat out which is fine.
2. No Doordash (only for ordering groceries) ✅ Only ordered Sweetgreens or Chipotle so far, which has been decently healthy.
3. Try to only eat out when I'm with friends ✅ That's been my rule and I've followed it quite well so far.
4. Black coffee instead of sugary lattes ✅ Getting used to black coffee and enjoy the taste quite alot now, feels cleaner.
5. For alcohol - avoid sugary drinks and bloaty beers ✅ Tequila sodas + wines only.
6. Get leaner ✅ Lost close to 10 pounds in a sustainable way.
7. Combo of run, basketball, lifting (mostly compound lifts) ✅ Been lagging in lifts, but runs + basketball have been productive.
