KayakNet mobile is now ~90% complete. The core system is already in place. Node-to-node routing is stable on mobile. Multi-hop onion privacy is functioning under real network conditions. End-to-end encryption is enforced at the protocol level. No accounts. No servers. No intermediaries. What remains is not core architecture. It’s refinement. UX polish, performance tuning, edge-case handling, and hardening the app for sustained real-world use. The foundation is already doing what it was designed to do, which is move messages privately without relying on centralized infrastructure or trusted operators. This is what proper privacy engineering looks like. Not bolting encryption onto a server model. Not trusting companies to “do the right thing.” But removing the server entirely and letting the protocol enforce privacy by design. Mobile is where this matters most. Real communication happens on phones. KayakNet running reliably on mobile means private communication without behavioral changes, without permissions creep, and without metadata pipelines behind the scenes. $KNT reflects access to a network that is actually being built, tested, and hardened. Not a concept. Not a wrapper. Not a promise. Shipping carefully now so it works predictably later. https://www.producthunt.com/products/kayaknet-mobile-app-launch?launch=kayaknet-mobile-app-launch
