I always mix it with bonito flakes and sesame! When I have time, I chop up green onions. Okra also works wonderfully bc both have that slimy textured of course lots of soy sauce

Any tips for particularly good ways to eat it? I got a second package of it from the Japan Village market in Sunset Park so probably going to have it tomorrow morning too :)
