Wow: shortly after Puerto Rico’s oversight board called for renegotiating a contract with the island’s gas provider and power plant operator, New Fortress Energy, the company said it would cut off gas shipments over allegedly unpaid invoices from five years ago — even though it could lead to blackouts.
