My teenage daughter was definitely one of my sources of stress.
But she's going through her rebellious phase right on schedule for her age, smack in the middle of adolescence. It's something most parents with kids experience.

Thinking about it that way, I wondered if I could feel less stressed if I just changed my own perspective. In the end, I realized my own way of thinking was the cause of my stress. 

This applies to everything: if you want to change the situation, you must first change yourself.

My daughter seems to have passed through adolescence. She has an outstanding sense of humor and a quick mind.
There's so much to learn from children!!
