Chile is also going through a very difficult time.
The fires have already claimed 20 lives.
What is being lived is hell: deaths, injuries, evacuations, and homes destroyed,
intensified by a change of government, drought, and extreme heat.
It hurts deeply to see the nature of my country being destroyed.
Cooperation between Chile and Argentina is crucial.
Continuing the story of the fire at the Somonini brothers’ pasta factory:
the fire was caused by a short circuit in the establishment.
Municipal water trucks arrived immediately to try to extinguish the flames,
but they could do very little due to low water pressure.
Numerous neighbors also came to help, passing buckets of water hand to hand,
but all efforts were in vain.
