UK court rules USDT as property in fraud case Judge Richard Farnhill ruled on September 12 that property rights under English law apply to USDT. The ruling comes a day after the UK government introduced a bill to parliament that would make cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and tokenised real-world assets (RWAs) personal property.
