1/3 â Mental health is your temple
Your head is your main asset. If youâre burned out, anxious, or addicted, you wonât make decisions with your brain â youâll make them with pain.
Simple rule: stabilize first, act second.
If you feel like youâre âgetting carried awayâ â pause, talk to someone, get help. Thatâs not weakness â thatâs safety protocol.
2/3 â Morning movement: your body needs motion
Minimum: 10â15 minutes in the morning. No âworkout of the century.â
The goal is to get blood flowing and regain control of your body.
When your body is in shape, discipline is easier.
When youâre physically falling apart, a relapse becomes a matter of time.
3/3 â Plan and set goals
You need to want something â otherwise thereâs no fuel.
A goal must be specific and measurable: what, when, whatâs the next step.
Minimum for a day: 3 tasks.
Minimum for a week: one measurable result.
A plan isnât motivation. Itâs rails.
