The Basics of Self-Contro🧐 1/3 — Mental health is your temple Your head is your main asset. If you’re burned out, anxious, or addicted, you won’t make decisions with your brain — you’ll make them with pain. Simple rule: stabilize first, act second. If you feel like you’re “getting carried away” → pause, talk to someone, get help. That’s not weakness — that’s safety protocol. 2/3 — Morning movement: your body needs motion Minimum: 10–15 minutes in the morning. No “workout of the century.” The goal is to get blood flowing and regain control of your body. When your body is in shape, discipline is easier. When you’re physically falling apart, a relapse becomes a matter of time. 3/3 — Plan and set goals You need to want something — otherwise there’s no fuel. A goal must be specific and measurable: what, when, what’s the next step. Minimum for a day: 3 tasks. Minimum for a week: one measurable result. A plan isn’t motivation. It’s rails.
