Quick tip for creators in Uganda (or anywhere with unstable internet):
Setting up Base wallet when your connection keeps dropping:
1. Download Base app during stable connection hours (early morning worked for me)
2. Write down your recovery phrase ON PAPER immediately
3. Do the setup in stages - don't rush through it
4. Test with a small amount first (I used 1 USDC)
The app works offline for viewing, but you need connection for transactions.
