in a way yes but also not exactly - we have a few data providers that work with businesses and allow b2b2c issuance. ethglobal is the entity that is setup for this and not me as an individual which is why the app and domain is ethglobal branded.
the provisioning is happening from us (ethglobal) and delivered to you but the conditions we're setup with do not require kyc for any supported country
