The Nook savings app is prob the best crypto app I've used so far. I think it has the most potential to succeed with mainstream users. Here's why: - Abstracts complexity/details unless user chooses to view them - Automatically rebalances using smart accounts and account abstraction - Super simple UI - just shows me my balance + yield

Just realized that eating properly is 80% of the work when trying to build muscle. It's a beautiful cycle. Eat at a caloric surplus + 1.3g of protein per pound of body weight -> gain weight -> workout hard -> build muscle -> increase strength Rinse and repeat. I wish I knew how important this was earlier.
