The answer 👇 to the big question: what affects the size of your $TIPN allocation?

Looking at the charts today, noice is growing way ahead of tipn, seeing a lot of people excluded from the tipn allo process, don’t understand how that will help. 

Staking is great if you have a big enough bag to see the benefit, but the base audience who will grow it probably don’t? 

What you think? I will hold some but not convinced.

yeah and to do that we want to demonstrate really good ROI, and what drives ROI is tipping/casting in a way that gets people to install app/buy token.

as explained in our thread - i think we we're a bit to aggressive in adjusting allocations, but that's the idea.

i.e. "Come do allocations with Tipn. Distribute 10k of token, get X users generating Y in fees/volume for your project."

it's a hard problem to solve. tl;dr, the goal is to grow tipn to generate more rewards for all users, and attract more projects to do allocations via tipn - which will reach a larger base of users

Some clarity on what's up with this weeks Tipn allocations:

Tipn allocations aren't intended for *most* Tipn users. Some power-users get them, and even some non-users (!) get them. Our data partner @quotient is helping us grow Tipn on Farcaster by identifying key users and non-users alike to give allocations to.

We actually tried to be *more* inclusive this week. What that meant is that some people got lower allocations – which folks were rightfully confused about. We're sorry for the confusion.

We also want to be clear: *the* path for Tipn users to earn $TIPN, long term, is by using Tipn. Every day you do, you earn $TIPN in the Earn tab of the app. Which you can then stake to earn $USDC.

Allocations are a growth tool. All $TIPN holders win when more people use Tipn. In future seasons, Tipn will power allocations for other projects/tokens too (DM's open!). Check out the cast from @quotient for more details on how we're looking at allocations and performance:

IMO at the current MC the risk doesn’t seem too high but dyor, nfa
