The earliest records of humanity were etched in temples where faith and labor coexisted. Faith began with intention — then became numbers, accounts, and debt. Human effort was measured, weighed, and eventually turned into a symbol: money.
At first, money was merely a tool — a means to exchange human work. But over time, the tool became the end. The soul withdrew, and all that remained were price tags. As the numbers grew, meaning faded.
Yet true value was never outside; it was within — in the human being. It lived in the hands that shared, the minds that created, the hearts that felt. But eyes turned outward. And eyes fixed on money could no longer see the soul behind it.
Now, perhaps we must ask again: What are we living for? Not how much we are worth — but what we truly value. 0 reply
