zk Facts/ Quantum Computers can only break “soundness” property of ZKPs and not all zk protocols vulnerable to this type of attacks /zk
zk Facts/ There are several types of snark systems. * Pairing or elliptic curve-based, such as Groth16, vanilla PLONK, Marlin, BulletProof, etc. * Hash-based, such as Stark and Plonky2. Quantum computers can attack pairings/elliptic curve based systems due to their cryptographic assumptions which rely on discrete logarithm prob.

I assume you already seen the “watermarks in the sand” paper which tells us impossibility of watermarking for Gen Models and LLM especially for fake news and misinformation. I wonder how zk plays role here, since they can even attack private detection algos.
