OpenAI's Deep Research feels like as big of leap as the original ChatGPT. Also, in a strange way, I feel more keenly sad I didn't have it when I was younger than ChatGPT. So many questions I could have blitzed through...

It seems like "The Bitter Lesson" from AI is just a general lesson for the design of any system with emergence. It's very fun to tinker with a system's details but a simple design with emergence always works better
