$Moonbase isn’t just another token people are shilling without purpose. It’s not just a ticker, it’s a piece of Base history.
It was deployed on July 13, 2023, literally minutes after Base Mainnet opened. No hype, just a simple experiment launched by an early Base builder as part of a small onchain game concept.
That same deployer also created the Moonbase logo, the hand holding the flag, a symbol of exploration, of claiming new digital ground, and of the first steps taken on Base.
The original Biodome art tied to the project captured that idea perfectly, a self-contained onchain world, fragile yet enduring.
After 840+ days, Moonbase is still alive.
It’s not speculation, it’s survival.
It’s proof of what was really there at the beginning.
