Finally went back to the gym in October after spraining my back in march, been taking my programs slow and steady. Used to lift 70kg, now lifting 35kg, my instructor said I’ll soon get back to lifting 70 but I need to take it slow. I have been trying to do warmup and stretch my body as well before and after. All in all, I’m glad to be back at the gym!
