😰 I can’t stop thinking about this story I read. A 32-year-old Chinese programmer collapsed and died after an intense stretch of work and long hours.
And then hours after he was pronounced dead his phone still got a work message...
Weekends exist for a reason. It’s okay to clock out, breathe, and let your brain rest.
