i’ve been pretty sick the last several days with a bad cold / flu / idk. everyone in my house got sick too, which made it even tougher. baby included. it’s been a reminder that if you don’t take a break, life will eventually force you to. and that rest isn’t optional, it’s necessary. slowing down, listening to my body, letting things wait. choosing care over productivity right now. if you’re in a season where rest is calling you, i hope you answer before your body has to ask louder 🤍
