You're absolutely right. It only makes sense that they understand what they're doing to truly enjoy its benefits. 

But many developers are focused solely on technicality that they forget the product is used by normal people.

I guess a better way to put it is 

"build with the end user in mind" 🙂

Crypto is first and foremost about user empowerment, not user happiness. Empowerment benefits a lot from understanding. Though it's also okay if a user does not understand at first, as long as the resources are there if/when it comes time for them to need to.

you cant fully use and port in to something if you dont understand it. i think the point is to ease the understanding problem. make it easier for most people, not more complex (walled garden from the tech side)

All in all A and B are consumers and they can't know what works if they don't understand it 👍

I would say that crypto has no pattern, what works for A might not work for B.
